Mina had food and basic first aid supplies at her desk in the apartment building lobby today. She also had her knives handy in case any of the accursed creatures showed their beady little eyes.

She wasn't typically against creatures thought to be horrible. She was, after all, quite partial to bats. But these things... well, she normally hated the local type of gremlins. These new ones, she loathed with an undying passion.

Though, she chuckled to herself, pretty much all of her passion could be labeled as 'undying' now.
