Atlas Gym, Sunday early evening

Logan was back in town and he had a big crate that he was dragging into the gym. He had healed up after the mission Cyclops called him back for, then he took Hank McCoy to the remains of the Xavier School for some personal business the Beast had. More importantly for Logan, Hank drew up some instructions and picked out some scraps of the old Danger Room that Logan could put to good use here. It was nothing fancy - if it was anything fancy, he probably would've needed Hank's help assembling it - but it would work. The control computer would be arriving later in the week, so he had time to get things in place for his new sparring area before then.

After he popped open the crate and started looking at the instructions Hank gave him, Logan realized that he was going to need beer while he worked on this. A lot of it.

[OOC: The promised renovations to get some Danger Room technology into a sparring area will be set next weekend. There will be an OOC post at that point to explain the capabilities of the Atlas Danger Room.

Otherwise, Logan's buggable or the gym is otherwise open for exercise-type business.]

After finding the manager's office empty, Mary stopped by the next occupied room. "Excuse me," she said, "but I heard that there's been a change in management and I just want to know if the aerobics classes I wanted to take would still be around."

"Oh, good," said Mary, smiling. "My friend Lulu and I were really looked forward to taking that aerobics dance class."

"That's sweet of you to say," said Mary. "Anyway, welcome to Fandom! I'm Mary, the manager at the local hotel. I'm sure I'll see you around."

You just know that now you've said these things... some time, somewhere, a writer will get into a plot-hole that can only be solved by Wolvie somehow having mad tech skillz.

It's the new edginess he needs.

Wolverine: Hacker.

HA! Now I picture it ending in the computer getting claws stabbed into the monitor.

Forge: *facepalm* That doesn't help it.

HA!

And elsewhere Scott would just give someone a husbandly look of disappointment and be confused why.

Fortunately, the look would go unnoticed thanks to the visor. Somebody will ask him what's wrong with his face since they can't see the eyes rolling.

Just.

But cruel.

I'm sorry, Logan. Is my plane bothering you? Would you like me to park it somewhere else?
