Eve had had one of those moments earlier where she'd realized just how much she was going to miss this job once she left the island. She'd had it for well over a year and Charlotte was one of the most awesoem bosses ever. Not that Eve had particularly had a lot of bosses, but still. The point stood, by God!

Aside from occasionally musing over that, she was using her work computer to research the business she'd be managing and come up with ideas on how she could pull it out of the hole. She was pretty sure that "Make them actually show up for work" was going to have to be the first idea she implemented.
