Inspired by the events of the past weekend, Sidon had got it in his mind that perhaps that animals at the shelter would be quite interested in the activity of sport much like the one he had witnessed in the amazing and incredible Puppybowl on Sunday.

The vet on staff that day knew she could have probably prevented this, but a part of her was just too fascinated to see just how the inevitable chaos would unfold.

She also didn't feel it necessary to explain to Sidon that football only had two teams, as he up his makeshift field in the middle of the store and started tying color-coded ribbons around members of the dog team and the cat team and the ferret team and the turtle team and the lizard team and the gerbil team...

What she did tell him, however, was that she was not going to be responsible for any of the clean up and getting everything back in order at the end of the day. That was all on him.

As he cheered each team on in turn, he didn't seem to mind too terribly.
