Aroud Town [Too Damn Early in the Morning]
Steve loved his early morning runs when he was back in Fandom: all of the stairs were great for his quads and the Navy SEAL he passed multiple times on his circuit was always really irritated in a very satisfying way. He began his final lap, glancing around for the new people he'd glimpsed on his run in the last few weeks.
[OOC: Since we have a bunch of handwavy morning joggers, figured this was a good way to get them to interact. Open!]

So as he was about halfway through his route, Dwight gave a nod and slight wave to Steve as he ran by... again. He hadn't ever spoken to him yet, but Dwight had been on the island long enough to know who Steve was, at least so some extent. Still didn't stop Dwight from marveling at just how fast he was.

He did it to everyone. Annie for sure wasn't jealous! And definitely hadn't picked up any resentment over this when running with Steve McGarrett. For sure.

He fell silent for a moment and then spoke again. "Annie, right? Nice to see you again."
Look, he was trying his best to remember people's names!

"Morning, Steve!" she called when she spotted him, huffing and puffing a bit because hello, stairs, the bane of her existence, how were you today?

Plus coffee would give her an excuse to pick something up for Diego and go by the station in a way that wasn't clingy at all, okay? Not clingy at all.

Annie got a nod and a smile (Annie was pretty much always guaranteed a smile from Stark) and a "good morning" that wasn't at all out of breath. Because he was moving slowly.

"Morning, Stark!" Annie replied, stopping to jog in place a little (because otherwise the graph that her watch would produce would show a dip and couldn't have that.) "You're out early."

He grunted in a vague hello as Steve passed by. He had not had nearly enough coffee to deal with a morning person.
no subject
"Morning!" Steve said, managing to be happy while running, the weirdo.

Steve's enthusiasm amused him, though, and the man was always polite, so he smiled and waved each time he was passed.

He nodded and waved vaguely as Steve passed by.
Then frowned quizzically and waved again as Steve passed by again.

"Everything okay, Jon?" she called, quite a bit out of breath and leaning over on her knees, though she was smiling and spared a hand to wave at him.

He was probably going to end up at the coffee shop at some point. That happened more often than not. For now he was just walking. And offering a wave and a hello to Steve when he happened to go past, assuming he noticed. Steve was fast.

Liam just plain didn't need all that much in the way of sleep. It was entirely possible that his 'morning' happened before some people on the island even called it a night.
But regardless of all of that, he was out doing a nice regular-human-paced run.
"Morning," he nodded to Steve as the other man passed by.

"Morning."
Maybe he needed to go out very early more often. There were so many people around!
