Atlas Health and Fitness Center, Tuesday Morning

Tuesday morning found Marc at the local gym pretty much when it opened. He and Nell had arranged to meet there in the section dedicated to boxing and, by extension, any other form of martial arts. It was as good a place as any to start lessons in self-defense.

Marc took his time getting the lay of the land as far as equipment and options went while he waited for Nell to join him.

"Guess not," Marc said, only briefly looking over from where he'd been getting some practice equipment so he and Nell had options.

It really was a mystery why Steven was considered the more outgoing one.

"Or who prefer to avoid crowds," Marc said, since neither one of them looked like the kind of people who would be signing up for a zumba class anytime soon.

Yeah, definitely no Zumba, Pilates, or cycling class over here.

"True that!" Billy gave a knowing nod adding a simple "enjoy the workout," surmising that Marc wasn't one for too much idle chit chat, especially when he had important things like working out to focus on.
