Thank goodness for the online shop, or else Amaya would be losing her mind with the lack of jobs rolling in lately. And sure, the staples available on her Etsy sold well enough to make her not feel too restless about moving onto greener, more weapons-oriented pastures, but what really made her day were the emails about specials orders that would come in on occasion.

Like today. Today, she'd gotten a special order request for a design she really could not say no to, and that she, quite frankly, was a little mad at herself for not having thought of it before.

So she set to work on not just a new knife, but also a new handle for a mace, and, most importantly, most exciting of all, a small metal hand to put them both together.

Seriously, she loved people's brains sometimes.
