Caritas; Saturday Evening

Chuck came into work after spending time at the picnic, laptop in hand. Just because he had a bigger business to attend to now, it didn't mean he was going to ignore the ones he already had. He'd just have to multitask and, well, anybody who has ever slept with him could attest that he was excellent at that.

"I guess if you were a Skywalker," Jack replied. "According to the radio, there's a whole clan of them here. Myself, I've just got a clone from an alternate universe, and that's more than enough for me."

"No clue," Jack answered. "A few different generations' worth. Mostly students, one or two teachers." He shrugged. "This relative of yours from the future -- don't talk to him too much. Anything he says could mess with your timeline, and... I don't know. The smart people tell me that's bad."

She was definitely going to have to see if there was a student directory and start looking up names. "It's a little too late for that," Leia said. "I know my daughter and her father's name -- won't that change things now?"

"Uhhhhh... Nah, I'm sure you're okay. She hasn't ceased to exist, right? You're all good." Jack shrugged. "You know what? She's probably from an alternate universe ANYWAY. If her mom back home never went to Fandom, you probably don't need to worry. Although I'd keep that guy's name in mind for later."
