Fourth Dimension, Monday

Medusalith's head hurt this morning. She blamed the 'music' last night, unaware that the pink things were probably more responsible. She didn't particularly care, though, because she'd gotten to spend her birthday with Blackagar, so really, all was positively golden in her view.

"They must have very valuable materials to protect," Medusalith said, because that seemed a little...much, to her.

Although she might employ such matters to keep Crystal out of her closet...

"Mmm, you find those more in high-end jewelry institutions, diamonds, places where classified materials or dangerous ones are being stored." She cocked her head. "Military, especially. Not really worth it, unless one already had a buyer lined up and a great deal of money on deposit."

She paused.

"Or so I've heard."

Entirely hypothetically, of course. "Diamonds?" she asked. "I know what they are, of course, but I've never entirely understood the value. Is it merely their rarity?"
