"It's a little heavier than I expected," Bruce said, starting to lead while simultaneously trying to ignore Celine's voice. He was not a fan. "It's probably just weighed down by all of my new responsibilities as the Prom King. Whatever those might be."

"I think it's your job to make sure the punch either isn't spiked, or is really, really spiked," Quinn offered thoughtfully. "And not to step on the queen's feet. That's the important part."

Not that he seemed likely to do that.

"I have a feeling it was spiked when Principal Winchester was reading our names. It seems like the best time," Bruce said. That's when he would have done it. "And I trust the spiker to do a good job of it. As for second part, you don't have to worry about that.
