The Perk, Friday Afternoon
It continued to be far too hot in New York. And Flick had made some pretty persuasive points about Isabelle not spending all her time in her office, so, here she was. Not in her office. And not even in New York.
She'd chosen Fandom because while Alicante would've been nice, Fandom had air conditioning, iced lattes, and wifi. And those were all things Isabelle thought she rightfully deserved after the last while. Also, browsing clothing store sites on her phone definitely counted as work. There was an official Institute function coming up! She needed something befitting of an acting leader.
So she was seated by the window, enjoying the chance to see some sunlight and not feel smothered by it.
