It was a very subtle change, but one who knew Chad well enough might recognize the difference. Instead of just standing behind the counter, he was actually thinking very, very deeply at the moment, trying to figure out just what to do about holiday plans, with Teddy still turned into a puppy.

He was fine with anything, really, but it was kind of a matter of figuring out what Teddy would prefer, since he couldn't exactly just tell Chad in his current state.
