Senior Graduation Lock In, Abandoned Warehouse, Friday Night

It was the day before graduation. The day before pomp and circumstance, diplomas, smiling seniors and proud guests. What better way to spend that day then partying the night away? That's right, tonight was the night of the senior lock in! Many NPC workers had been busy in town, cleaning up and setting up an abandoned warehouse for the event.

Now, the front of the warehouse was lit up with neon signs and stanchions that would lead the seniors into a huge building where not one speck of floor space wasn't being used for something fun. There was loud music pumping through the building and strobe lights were swirling around the area, lighting up the room in blues, reds, greens, yellows and various other colors. Decorations of all kinds painted the walls, giving the room a party like atmosphere.

Of course, it would just be a regular ole party, right? Nothing surprising would happen, right? Oh, of course. No surprises. Riiiiiight.

The senior lock in was open and it was time for the seniors to get their party on!

[Posted early for super duper SP! This is for seniors only. OCD is good to go! Have fun! Comments are off so, if you need me, ping the OOC thread or email me!

ETA: And there's something going down here! Have fun there and please please continue to play in the party beforehand. It's your party, seniors, please enjoy it!

ETA 2: And the thread to get free is here!. Hack it up! It's moddable!]

John rolled his eyes, "Nancy," he explained, stepping in and throwing an easy swing at Gavin's stick. "She's an...old friend." He knew he'd shared some stories during their drunken time on the boat, not sure if he'd ever named names.

"Corran said she was flirting with him big time," Gavin said, blocking that swing. "She just do that?"

"Yeaaah," John laughed, bringing the other end of his stick up to cross over. "She's an encouraging type of girl. Needless to say Jaina's not a fan."

"She the only one that came for you?" Gavin asked, blocking that and swinging low.

He dropped his stick low to block. "Nah, my brother's here, too. I've managed to avoid him so far." This pleased John to no end. "Corran's one of the other pilots, right?"

"Yeah, Lieutenant Horn but we're being informal this weekend," Gavin said, bouncing back. "Nice guy. I think you'd like him."

"I might've met him," John considered, spinning his stick for the drama of it. "Just not in this time."

[identity profile] sixstandingby.livejournal.com 2009-05-01 10:33 pm (UTC)(link)
"Ah, yeah, he'd be younger here," Gavin said, nodding. "But I'm much better looking."

"Maybe I should have Nancy give me a verdict there," John offered.

"Nancy hasn't met me yet," Gavin pointed out, swinging the stick towards John's knee.

John took the hit, leaning to the side to diffuse the energy of it, "Yeah, but she'll see you at graduation tomorrow morning."

[identity profile] sixstandingby.livejournal.com 2009-05-01 11:15 pm (UTC)(link)
"Want me to tell her that we're dating on the side?" Gavin asked, grinning.

There was nothing John could do, he burst out laughing. "Yes! Please tell her that, I think her brain would implode at the thought."

[identity profile] sixstandingby.livejournal.com 2009-05-01 11:21 pm (UTC)(link)
"Point her out to me and I will," Gavin promised. "I like making people's brains implode."

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] missed-the-gate.livejournal.com 2009-05-01 11:28 pm (UTC)(link)
"Oh, I will," John replied, swinging his stick up toward Gavin's head.

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] sixstandingby.livejournal.com 2009-05-01 11:47 pm (UTC)(link)
"She won't hit me, will she?" Gavin asked, taking a swiping blow off his head before swinging backhanded with his stick.

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] missed-the-gate.livejournal.com 2009-05-01 11:53 pm (UTC)(link)
"No idea," John said, taking that hit to the chest. "Oof! I'm starting to think she's got some weird thing for me the way she treated Jaina."

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] sixstandingby.livejournal.com 2009-05-01 11:56 pm (UTC)(link)
"She older than you?" Gavin asked, swinging for John's head this time.

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] missed-the-gate.livejournal.com 2009-05-02 12:03 am (UTC)(link)
"Just a year," John said, smacking at Gavin's stick with his own. "Maybe you'd like her."

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] sixstandingby.livejournal.com 2009-05-02 12:05 am (UTC)(link)
"Want me to ask her out and make it really weird?" Gavin asked, slinging his stick over his shoulder for a minute.

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] missed-the-gate.livejournal.com 2009-05-02 12:08 am (UTC)(link)
John fought dirty, poking his stick at Gavin's stomach while he wasn't playing. "Oh, that'd be perfect! We could double date."

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] sixstandingby.livejournal.com 2009-05-02 12:10 am (UTC)(link)
"Hey!" Gavin said, wincing and twisting away. "Dirty cheater. And if we went on a double date, we'd just end up fighting."

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] missed-the-gate.livejournal.com 2009-05-02 12:12 am (UTC)(link)
John grinned at the successful cheating. "Yeah, and that wouldn't make me too popular anywhere."

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] sixstandingby.livejournal.com 2009-05-02 12:14 am (UTC)(link)
"You're not popular now," Gavin told him and swung hard at John's stomach.

Re: Games: Joust

[identity profile] missed-the-gate.livejournal.com 2009-05-02 12:20 am (UTC)(link)
John grunted, taking the blow full on. "You seem pretty fond of hitting me."
