Our Lady of Fandom - Sunday [All Day]

Seifer was at the church again, as he was supposed to be. There was to be a small morning service, and then he would be present at the church all day. He had much to pray and ask forgiveness for.

Seifer had a feeling that yesterday's slow run on weddings was a one-off.

He had cleaned the church, removing all traces of yesterday's ...indiscretions. It was once again a place of holy worship.

Kenzi's actress was still bucking for that Emmy. So it was time for a teary confession scene.

She waited for an intern to get her more dramatic eyeliner.

Seifer stood off to the side, looking pensive and waiting for a makeup touch up.

His actor was beginning to think that he was going for the Emmy for sluttiest priest around, if this scene went the way the others did yesterday.

Hey, sex addiction was a serious issue. And Kenzi already had the eating disorder storyline sewed up. Why shouldn't he get the Male Actor Emmy?

Kenzi sent him a smoldering glance in the meantime, because she wasn't about to start crying until she had nicely emerald eyeliner to outline her eyes to dramatic effect.

Cindy dashed over to them both, arms full of wigs and makeup and new clothes.

"Okay, quick change," she said, rapid-fire. She tossed a blonde wig at Kenzi as she started dusting more powder onto Seifer's face. No, she didn't know their real names. Nor did she care. She was overworked and due for a break, dammit!

"Kenzi, you're going in disguise, so play up the accent so people know it's really you. Also, on top of the confession, you're going to see if you can't lure the priest into becoming one of your boys, okay? So, ummm, costume change for you, too." She nodded to the scandalously short dress that she'd brought along. "Seduce and blackmail, once you're done crying."

Then to Seifer, she added, "And the director wants to see some real spiritual struggle here. Try to say no for awhile. Otherwise, the writers are probably going to write in another demonic possession plot."

"Yes!" Kenzi whispered, pumping her fist as she struggled into a tight black leather outfit, then started pushing her hair back into a hairnet. "Like the accent isn't already thicker than syrup, jeeeeez."

Seifer would remember Lucrezia, wouldn't he? She was the innocent-faced blonde girl who had begged him to marry her just last night. Don't worry, this wasn't bigamy! She'd poisoned Bruce, so it was all kosher.

Do not ask how or where she had found Jeremy; the writers had misplaced the script for that scene, and were hoping the viewers would think they had just missed it.

What mattered now was that Lucrezia Borgia1 Sforza2 Wayne3 Lannister4 della Rovere5 possibly-Luthor6 Wayne7 and Jeremy Darling8 wished to be united in wedded bliss, for eternity, as long as they both shall live! Which would be very short for his side, one might imagine.

"Father!" she called out, happily. "We wish to be married."

"We totally do!" Jeremy announced, exactly as happily, beaming at Lucrezia. Yes, it was a little sudden, but dude, you had to take your chances when they came to you. And Lucrezia was amazing, he'd known it from the moment he'd first laid eyes on her earlier.

Or so he assumed, since those scenes had been misplaced. "One marriage, please, and pronto!"

While the cameras were focused on Seifer and Jeremy discussing the 'witnesses', Cindy popped up and began tugging on Lucrezia's veil. "Pull your bodice down," she hissed. "We need more cleavage!"

"If there's more cleavage, they'll pop out entirely," Lucrezia whispered back. Her proper British accent sounded considerably more street than it had a moment ago. "Wouldn't do to have my nips out, would it, love?"

"Considering the writers this show employs, it might be what they're going for," Cindy muttered, pulling out a powder puff and dusting the top of Lucrezia's breasts with it. "Also, necklace swap. There's a rumor on the internet that your poison powder necklace is actually filled with cocaine--" an internet rumor Cindy had been paid to start, "--so they're swapping you over to this liquid poison for awhile."

Seifer strolled out from his 'office' when he heard the doors to the church open. When he saw who was coming in, and figured out why, he stopped to stare in shock.

"Oh fuck this. I quit," he muttered loudly as he yanked the collar from around his neck. He then threw the bit of fabric on the ground and flounced out of the church.

Lucrezia Borgia1 Sforza2 Wayne3 Lannister4 della Rovere5 possibly-Luthor6 Wayne7 Darling8 had grass-stains on her beautiful gown, and grass-stains on her heart. The good kind of grass-stains, that meant she had been having passionate sex with a rock star in the middle of someone else's wedding.

She was a widow in mourning. She could be forgiven her transgressions.

Besides, her beloved ... whose name she would get around to asking any moment now ... and she were to be wed, which made the frantic and deliciously hot outdoor sex a beautiful and sacred thing. They had even become betrothed first.

"Father!" Lucrezia called out, frowning when she didn't hear a reply. "That's odd," she said. "Perhaps he's out?"

It might be for the best. He might start to ask questions, by this point.

"Perhaps," Jonothon mused, looking around the church. The absence of the priest probably wasn't a bad thing. After all, he wouldn't want the beautiful man who had so thoroughly absolved him of his sins yesterday to recognize him and ruin this momentous occasion.

She was the one! She had to be!

"I imagine he's got many... sins to forgive."

Which was fine. Jonothon and what's-her-name had come up with a wonderful way of absolving their own, and didn't particularly need the help.

"A great number," she agreed. She wasn't all that eager for him to come back. He'd seen her once already today.

"Did you know, my beloved, that my father is a priest?"

No. Of course not. He knew nothing about her except that she liked flowery prose and made breathy sounds when she had an orgasm.

"I've seen many weddings," she said, eyes dancing playfully. "If we are in God's house, then are we not all equally suited to the task? I believe I could perform the rites myself, as well as anyone."
