She needed a place. Library wouldn't work. The books were louder than the vole. She instead limped, ventured, adventured, into the village. The coffee shop had an atmosphere of someplace you could disappear, so she ducked into there. Besides, she could get some tea, a luxury she hadn't even realized she missed because she never drank tea before, and they had large, comfortable armchairs that suited the shape of her curling. There she was, then, writing, gritirw, a notebook, one of many, balanced carefully on the arm of her chair. Her left hand was positioned awkwardly, which meant it was comfortable for her, and not at all disturbing her neat, orderly script.
