A.J. wasn't exactly in the best of moods after yet another fallout with Annette, so most of his concentration went into his project for the specials board today. Which included filling it entirely with different colored squares of all the same size, spanning from one end to the other.

Gabriel woke up late this morning to another day in the otherwise very empty church. He wondered if the squirrels were actually gone or just in hiding. A thought had struck him, and only in this place would he even consider this: Was it possible that the annoying little creatures had sent him that cowbell?

Anne had a matcha green tea latte clutched in her hands today as she opened the store, one that she had only been persuaded to put down by dint of sheer necessity, two free hands being needed to prepare the tea and lay out the pastries before settling down in her favorite chair to enjoy her beverage.

She felt that her impulsiveness, by prompting her to visit the Perk on her way to work this morning, had served her well for once.
