Gunther's boss was busy moving into her newly-remodeled owners suite, so Gunther was free to do whatever he wanted. And what he wanted today was sit and watch his favorite soap operas.

Hinata had to admit that after talking to Ichigo yesterday she was feeling a little more confident in herself. And, she knew, she had to work hard to get her lines down well when he’d offered to hear her practice at some point.

As such, Hinata was saying her lines while Yei stalked through the shelves and mewed every now and then at some new find.

Ino, privately, might admit that showing up early to work was a bit overenthusiastic, but that wasn’t going to, you know, actually stop her from doing so. Not when it involved flowers. She laughed at the sign, and its added ‘e’.

Needless to say? Ino was very, very zen today. And humming to the flowers.

That limp he had last week? Almost totally gone. There was still a slight stiffness to his knee, but not enough that he felt he couldn't handle a session with Amber.

He went in a bit earlier than usual and spent the extra time doing stretches and warm-ups. Probably do some work with punching bag or something along those lines. Might be crazy, but he wasn't dumb enough to risk damaging healing muscles.

Geoffrey has had an idea.

It's a relatively simple idea, but he thinks it might be a nice thank you to the actors for all their hard work since it kept him eating. Relatively.

As such, he was smiling as he opened the door to the theatre today, ready to get down to business.

When Teyla came in for work in the morning, she spent a little more time than usual looking for the right music to play in the store. At first, she settled on what looked like a very nice CD - the cover showed a beautiful snow covered tree bedecked with lights and shiny wrapped packages underneath it - but after listening to the music for a few minutes, it just didn't feel appropriate for the time of year, so Teyla put the disc back, and chose something from the pop music section instead.

Jan and Apu had had a little talk. Not that Jan would ever threaten him, oh no. All he'd done was point out to Apu that, should the shop indeed be invaded, it would be much better to have a unicorn who liked you to defend you, rather than one who didn't.

And that if Apu would stop bemoaning the fact that he had to work with a unicorn he and Jan could be friends.

This logic could not be argued with, and the two had reached an accord. Apu was manning the counter, Jan was ~~unicorning~~ patrolling the aisles, ready to direct a customer or fight off an invasion as the need arose.

Today's Squishy flavours: Red, Apple, Noble Steed (tastes like parfait).

Marshall came into work and started fooling around with the flavored vodka. Maybe he could invent a drink that tasted like a girly drink but looked like a man drink. Life would be perfect then.
