"Look, Mr. Bubbles!" Alluka said as she bounced through the door. "We're back here, isn't that exciting?"

Mr. Bubbles agreed that that was quite exciting indeed.

"And that means we shall have a tea party today," she said decisively, setting both Mr. Bubbles and her bunny on the counter, and then setting her bag down after it. "I picked up some tasty treats, since I didn't think the store would still be in stock after we'd been away all summer, that was smart of me wasn't it?"

This time, her bunny agreed with her.

"We've got a lot to get done today," she reminded both of her toys. "So we can't sit around drinking tea the whole time. I promised Sparkle I'd look for things that would be good to order, and I want to see what we've got in stock right now too."

She sighed happily. It was so good to be back.

"But there's always time for at least some tea and cake."

Rosa was at her desk that Monday as usual, glad for the phone being quiet, generally avoiding doing her radio reports because god dammit a lot of stuff happened over the weekend with that stupid picnic, and kicking her feet up on the desk.

There was also, not far away on the wall and about the height of her sitting at her desk, a dart board littered with a few pieces of Post-It notes with things scribbled onto them. Rosa had a cup full of darts next to her, and would occasionally pull one out and lazily lob it toward the dartboard, making a small note if it managed to land on a Post-It.

"...what are you doing?" Ralph eventually asked, once he and the other troopers failed to agree on an answer when they were speculating amongst themselves.

"I dunno," Rosa shrugged. "Lesson plans?"

Because throwing darts at a board and seeing what sticks was honestly the most effort she was ever going to put into a syllabus.

Rufus had said he had lightning "spells" of some sort, and Lana was curious about them, so she'd showed up to the beach to compare notes. And lightnings.

This could be very interesting.

And if Rufus didn't show, well - a beach was still a fairly novel experience for Lana, so she was going to remove her boots, roll up her leggings, and see what the water felt like on her feet.
