When Shunsui came into the store today to find another panda bear hanging out in the cheese aisle with the cheese panda, he couldn't help chuckling and giving the cheese panda a coy, knowing look. "You sly dog ♥!" he said.

But then the new panda started singing:

"Who lives in the east 'neath the willow tree
Sexual Harassment Panda!
Who explains sexual harassment to you and me
Sexual Harassment Panda!
Don't say that don't touch there
Don't be nasty says the silly bear
He's come to tell you what's right and wrong
Sexual Harassment Panda!
"

Shunsui whipped around toward Apu-san and saw the guilt written all over his manager's face. "What is this?" Shunsui demanded. "An intervention?"

Apu just coughed uncomfortably, sidled away to another part of the store, and left it to the panda to handle things from here.

It was one of those mornings. How did Cally know it was one of those mornings? Because in the time it took her to set her breakfast down on the counter and turn to hang up her jacket, someone managed to scrawl Help meeeeeeeee across the surface of the counter in a sticky red substance.

She was worried enough for a moment, until she noticed the slightly neater lettering and arrow drawn in the same substance, that said I'm a clue! ----->

Eyebrow lifted, she leaned down to examine the writing medium. After a sniff, she ran her finger through it and licked. "You're not a clue, you're raspberry jam, and that was a perfectly good doughnut you ruined, whoever did this."

From the aisle with the Expressionist art books came the sound of something tiny, snickering.

So. One of those mornings.

Time was relative. It could have been a few years since the last time Chrono had opened these doors; it could have been almost a century. Either way he would chose to look at it, it felt almost like an eternity.

A lot had changed. About the island. About Chrono himself. He found himself at the familiar causeway wondering if he'd even found the right place, but, no, this was definitely it. As he started toward the streets, he realized his feet were moving still down familiar paths, almost moving on their own, until the graveyard came into view and the church that sat along beside it. He found with some gratitude and bittersweet pleasure that the door didn't squeak or creak or groan in complaint as he pushed it opened and stepped into the familiar building. He was almost overwhelmed with the sanctity of it, the stillness of it, the quietness, remembering another small chapel where the light streamed through the doors and...

Chrono closed his eyes. He wasn't going to think about it. He was just going to take a moment, let it sink in, and then get to the really important part. Making sure his church (err...the church) hadn't fallen to pieces in the handful of years he'd been gone, and then to see if the room underneath the stairs was still there. And not cluttered with storage.

Millie was here, curled up in a chair with a good book. Customers might need to follow the sounds of giggling if they need assistance.

Wallace hadn't felt like doing much of anything today but he was also bored. Quite the difficult situation to be in. Clearly the only way to solve this problem was to knock over a bowl of peanuts and make Tino clean it up.

There. Bored-but-lazy problem fixed.

Today Sov was building something. They were not entirely sure what, but various pieces were being assembled on the floor. Not pieces from things that were actually working, of course, but there were plenty of things that didn't work, or at least needed fixing. This time they had stayed away from radios and smaller pieces of technology and stuck with things that were probably spare parts from various vehicles. At least the 'something' consisted of a few wheels and could move. Sov was quite happy that they had learnt some basic welding when repairing things in the carpentry workshop.
