When Mary reached the lobby Saturday morning, she found Ed and Gunther moving around all the furniture. "What are you doing?"
"I like what you've done with the place, Mary, but Gunther and I were just talking about how this would all flow better if we made some changes," replied Ed. Gunther was nodding enthusiastically.
Mary noticed something clipped to Gunther's belt. "Is that a cell phone? Gunther, since when do you have a cell phone?" she asked.
"Oh, that was another idea I had. You remember those cell phone/two-way radios we had in the casino? I got one for every member of your staff here," responded Ed, handing her a new phone. "You know what else? I noticed that you were juggling that clipboard all day yesterday, so I got you a PDA as well. Now, Gunther, back to that discussion we were having about changing the menu..."
"He's retired, he's bored and he's taking over my hotel," groaned Mary. "No wonder he drove Jillian up the wall."
